About us
Two people, a lot of thread, and far too many anime references
Thread Jutsu is a husband-and-wife duo turning hand-drawn illustrations into embroidered, wearable art, two machines and two hoops at a time.
Who we are
Made by hand, stitched with heart
We make unique designs for one-of-a-kind pieces, and honestly, there's nothing we love more than turning our drawings into something you can wear.
Most of our designs start as our own hand-drawn illustrations, which we digitize and stitch ourselves. For a few classic details, like some of the iconic character eyes, we use designs from talented independent embroidery artists we love to support. Either way, every piece is stitched, pressed and finished by us, one at a time.

We want every piece to last, so we use good materials. Our tees and scarves are 100% heavyweight cotton, and our hoodies are a cozy 80/20 cotton-poly blend.
We love to create our own designs for our pieces, and love even more when we get to collaborate with our customers to make their visions come to life too!
